Well I'm back and if I said I would be posting stuff anytime soon... it was a lie, or a fabrication of the truth as I must say, anyway to continue with this journal the truth will stop being exaggerated in 3, 2, 1...

My laptop cable has been repaired... manually. Not by my hand though, just an important father figure helped me out. It only took 15 minutes and a partially voided warranty. After the long and enjoyable Stargate: Continuum, which personally felt a little too unfilling for a Stargate movie, we discussed what I'm going to do with my laptop. Eventually I mentioned I was going to install windows 7 with a crack. First of all he quite happily corrected me on two levels that one, I cannot crack it since it's a tightly monitored beta or so I remember and, two, that you can no longer get a beta cd or download since the downloads were limited. Two, was invalid... apparently some friend of a friend on my home bound train sat next to us and was hold such procured cds from a presentation or whatnot on windows 7 and happily gave any one of me or my friends sitting next to him one of his 5 cds. My important father figure continued on about how he couldn't get the cd download despite he got his windows 7 key. He was quite surprised and a bit happy at my random procurement of the cd. Being that we can have 5 simultaneous installations on the same key he let mew use it in turn that I copy him the windows 7 beta cd, now we both get to participate in the next os that I am seeing clearly as, "better than vista," and let me tell you... it is better than vista.
